Our journey began in 1981 when the Saccuzzo family established this company in Connecticut, shortly after immigrating from the Italian island of Sicily. Our goal was to recreate the essence of "il dolce far niente," or the sweetness of doing nothing, allowing people to sit back, relax, and enjoy their espresso.

Now, let's delve into our products. Our signature blend, the Grande Italia Miscela Originale, is available pre-ground for your convenience. With all the nuances and characteristics already extracted, all you need to do is scoop and brew. Our bags are meticulously designed to protect the aroma and flavor, with aluminum lining and vacuum sealing. Unlike industrial roasters, we pack our ground coffee after only 24 hours of degassing, resulting in a fresher, better-tasting coffee. Occasionally, this may lead to softer packaging, but rest assured, it means your coffee is extra fresh!

For those who aspire to be their own baristas, we offer the Grande Italia Espresso, the secret blend used by professionals and coffee shops. With our 10 oz. ground packs, we take the guesswork out of finding the perfect grind setting. Our precision grinders have already been set to provide you with the best shot possible.

If you prefer decaffeinated espresso, we've got you covered. Our Grande Italia Decaffeinated Extra Fine is naturally decaffeinated and offers the same great taste as our regular blends.
